She has been involved in orphan ministry since her first international mission trip in 2002. She has worked with Orphan Outreach since fall of 2007 when she served as a part-time missions assistant and spent four months of travel to all of our ministry sites as a consultant in 2010.Paula Hayes

She worked for two years as a Guardian ad Litem for children and a court appointed special advocate for abused children. She has managed international orphan ministry programs for 11 years. She and her husband are adoptive parents having adopted a child from Russia.Amy Seale

She was a partner with a marketing/PR firm for 12 years and has experience in leading marketing for orphan ministry for 7 years. Beth received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southern Arkansas University. Beth is currently on the board of the SAU Foundation, Women for Orphans Worldwide and Plano-Richardson Panhellenic Association. Beth's career began with Price Waterhouse where she was a Senior Audit Manager and she has been actively involved in leading and managing software consulting firms. Beth and her husband, Dan, have two daughters, Dana and Sydney. Beth enjoys reading, walking, entertaining and staying involved in her daughters’ activities.
